Agile to Fragile
Organisations have embraced Agile development over the past decade. With this has in many cases come a significant loss of knowledge and control. Many organisations can no longer products technology footprints or coherent technology roadmaps. This is a symptom of a break down of the engineering discipline. Agile has however allowed us to dramatically speed up the rate at which software is developed, deployed and iterated.
